Hey! Welcome to the Web pages for Alec & Ben's Vacation2001, our second annual vacation with Uncle Mike. This year we went to San Diego. It was fun!
We left home base (Chicago) on Wednesday July 19th. After we landed in San Diego, we went to Legoland, Sea World, the San Diego Comic-Con comic book convention, the Belmont Park amusement park, and La Jolla (to see the seals).
We stayed at the Bahia Beach Resort on Mission Bay, which was really cool. The hotel was on the beach, and had a swimming pool and videogame arcade. (It also had lots of ducks!)
We were in San Diego from Wednesday through Saturday. On Sunday July 22 we flew back home to Chicago. It was a long flight, but it was good to see Mom and Dad again!
