On Saturday morning we walked from our hotel over to Mission Beach. (Less than a five-minute walk.) We bought Ben a new hat, had some slurpees, and rode a bunch of cool rides at the Belmont Park amusement park. Belmont Park is kind of like an old boardwalk-time amusement park, complete with a wooden roller coaster that was built way back in 1925. What did we do at Belmont Park? Well, we rode the famous Giant Dipper roller coaster, and two different bumper car rides, and the tilt-a-whirl, and the merry-go-round. It was really fun!
