On Monday we drove to the Wisconsin Dells. We stayed at the Kalahari Resort, which was this really big hotel with a cool lobby, both indoor and outdoor water parks, and a big game room. Right next door was a Damons restaurant (ribs!), and next to that was an eight-screen movie theater, where we saw Lilo and Stitch and The Powerpuff Girls Movie. The rest of the Dells was just a short ride down the road ... although the boys were happy just floating around in the indoor water park.

Our hotel room was really big. There were separate living and sleeping areas, and two TVs! Plus, we had our own refrigerator and microwave oven. We were on the third floor, and had a great view of the lobby (from one window) and the outdoor water park (from the other one).

One of our favorite places in the hotel (aside from the water and games) was the Sweet Hut. We stopped in every night so Ben could have a vanilla ice cream cone. (Alec tried the fudge, but it wasn't all that great...)
