Our favorite part of the entire vacation was the indoor water
park at the Kalahari Resort. Alec and Ben spent hours and hours every day just
floating around on inflatable doughnut-type inner tubes.
The water park had the world's largest indoor wave-making
machine, as well as four separate water slides. The best part, though, was what
they called the lazy river; just hop on the tube and float around and
around the entire water park. Fun!
Another neat thing was that the entire indoor water park was
on television! They had four cameras in different places around the water,
broadcasting on a special channel on the in-room TV. It was neat -- Uncle Mike
could sit in the room checking his e-mail, while watching Alec and Ben float
around on TV!
